-  Plated dessert and dessert degustation created by our Pastry executive chef John and his team.

-  Our offer will change seasonally. Possibility to order a dessert a la carte or either let John transport you in his creative world of sweet and pastry.

-  Chef let his expression and creativity take control, banning the rule. Expect the see flavours rarely or never used in dessert.

-  Tea cocktail: Collaboration between Yugen tea bar -Melbourne and Lore cocktail bar – Taipei – collaboration between a tea sommelier and a

bartender – Art of loose-leaf tea and Mixology. Lore is Taipei first cocktail bar that weaves together the art of experiential cocktails with an immerse theatre performance. Pouria head bartender at Lore and Thibaut our venue manager works closely over the last few months via multiple video call meeting to create and combine together a selection of 8 tea focus cocktail.

-  Each cocktail is created with a specific focus on a tea.

-  Possibility to pair each dessert or dessert degustation with cocktail or tea.

-  Will also be offering a small selection of sake by the glass, wine, beer, and spirit.
